Gross Private Domestic Investment (GDPI) – Real

This is the government's measure of gross private domestic investment in a given year, adjusted for inflation. Gross Private Domestic Investment includes residential fixed investment (housing), nonresidential fixed investment (business spending on real property and equipment), and inventory investment.
